"This restaurant in downtown Montauk is a popular spot to get your fill of dumplings, ramen, and poke in a region seriously lacking in Asian food, but the lobster rolls are also a highlight. The signature roll ($32) has soft chunks of local lobster in warm scallion ginger sauce and spicy mayo, hugged in bibb lettuce, and stuffed in a toasted brioche bun. It’s a fun take on a classic, and if you’re looking for even more Montauk lobster, add a scallion pancake topped with the meat to your order, or maybe some lobster fried rice, lo mein, or ramen.
