Take the well-loved Pinoy tocino, or sugary beef cheeks, which they soak in a galbi glaze for a sticky-sweet and slightly smoky breakfast option. We saw plenty of diners tearing into carbonara in gochujang sauce, but our personal favorite is the white ragu tteokbokki: rich, chewy, and only a little indulgent.
