"Every ’90s kid shed a tiny tear when Rainforest Cafe closed, but that loss paved the way for Southcenter’s best food option. The large dining room gets busy, with prom groups, date nights, and folks taking the Din Tai Fun exam (a.k.a ordering via check boxes).
