"Night Goat is a Thursday-only KC BBQ speakeasy downstairs from Fox and Pearl, a modern Midwestern bistro. There are plans to take Night Goat’s barbecue into a brick-and-mortar honky tonk, but for now, you can only find it once a week at this underground basement, serving experimental dishes unlike any other Kansas City barbecue. The short and sweet menu rotates constantly, but it’s all great.
