"After enjoying the waves at Mission Beach, swing by Rosemarie’s one block from the water and snack on some sliders. We particularly like their take on the McDonald’s Big Mac, aptly-named the RosieMac, which comes with caramelized onions and tasty house special sauce on a stack of two wagyu patties. This burger joint is tiny, but adorably decorated like a beachside shack, with blue, paisley-adjacent wallpaper and photos of the chef’s grandmother.
