Otaru Sushi & Handroll Bar - Review - Bishop Arts - Dallas - The Infatuation

"Otaru isn’t the only sushi joint in the neighborhood, but it’s our favorite for casual meals and solo dinners. The counter seats put you close to the action, so you can watch the chefs stuff generous mounds of rice and tuna, salmon, or scallops into sheets of crisp nori and place the handrolls in front of you as soon as they’re ready. Fill up on a few of those and sip on a sake flight, then turn your attention to the board of nigiri specials to cap your night with bites of red snapper, mackerel, or the rich, buttery uni that can almost double as dessert." - Kevin Gray
