"Family-owned Hula is a longtime food truck and stadium concession stand that recently added a brick-and-mortar to their empire. Their Filipino and Hawaiian classics like lumpia, poke, and lechon are all here, plus new additions like kalua pig (pork shoulder roasted for more than 14 hours), garlic shrimp, and chicken adobo.
