This Tunisian spot sits in the front of the Galleria Food Truck Park, a chaotic place full of sub-legal parking jobs and folks hawking goods from their car window like an impromptu swap meet. The truck’s blazing hot open charcoal grill churns out hundreds of chimichurri-rubbed lamb chops, crispy chicken wings sprinkled with sumac, and spicy Merguez lamb and french fry-stuffed pitas every night until 3:30am.
