"Tucked away next to the pool in the backyard of the Solé East resort, Seasalt feels more peaceful than many places in Montauk. The food at the all-day spot is quietly impressive too, with great sourcing and preparation going into Mediterranean dishes like grilled tuna, or monkfish with salsa verde. Imagine this is your very own Hamptons estate, complete with a talented private chef. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists.
