"Stem Bar’s location in the Little Burgundy strip places it right in the center of the action. The energy is high, both inside at the long bar or outside on the summertime streetside terrasse. Their classic, local-ingredient menu has something for vegetarians, pescatarians, and omnivores alike, and we love their signature burrata with savory pancakes, inventive salads and hanger steak, and any dessert they’re offering. There are two wine lists here: a regular, mostly natural list—including their collaboration with a Chilean winery on a light, chillable red Clarete—and another “secret” one, with bottles that might only appear fleetingly.
