"Mueller’s is memorable for doing some things other spots in Helen aren’t. For starters, they’ve got Czech dishes like goulash and bread dumplings. And they’ve also elevated fried cheese to a must-have entree instead of a boring app. Get the hand-breaded fried cheese kabob (a mix of brie, mozzarella, and cheddar) for epic cheese pulls. Just don’t ask us why it’s served with tartar sauce instead of marinara or anything way more compatible. And if that’s not enough cheese, finish off your meal with their warm, gooey fried cheesecake.
