"With a sweeping circular bar and a selection of fruity cocktails fit for Ascot, it’s clear that Juniper & Co’s drinks list wants to take you somewhere that isn’t an airport terminal with a choir of squealing children. What this bar and restaurant lacks in cooking skills (its British menu is keen to stress all the food is locally sourced, but talks less about what happens to it afterwards), it makes up for in a faintly chi-chi feel and a strong selection of quality booze. For solo travellers, the bar is a very comfortable place to be alongside a G&T. Otherwise, there’s plenty of seating to spread out and play it safe with a charcuterie board." - Jake Missing
