"The first thing you’ll notice when you walk into Slope Room is a massive photo of a bear bellying up to a bar. The whole western-mountain-contemporary aesthetic of the image is similar to the vibe of the restaurant, except you probably won’t run into any grizzlies here. Grab an indigo velvet booth and order a center-cut filet with Yukon Gold puree alongside a ramekin of whiskey au poivre sauce.
