"There aren’t many white tablecloth restaurants in South Lake Tahoe, but Scusa Italian Ristorante fills the niche well. The old-school Italian spot is built for big group dinners with the parents or date nights in one of their tucked-away, semi-private booths. The food, like lobster ravioli or ossobuco over mashed potatoes, won’t blow your mind, but there’s free bread, and the portions are big enough to feed you for at least two meals." - Julia Chen
