"Complete with a bright tasting room that’s one palm tree away from being a Monterey beach house, Cho is for every kind of wine person. Want an analysis on what extra-high elevation does to old-school pinot, chardonnay, and blanc de noirs? A reserve flight with banchan? Or an endless handful of puffed Korean macaroni snacks with hibiscus-y pét-nat while gazing past the hilltops? It’s all yours for the snatching.
