"Merchant is a Downtown gastropub that gets pretty busy for both lunch and in the hours right after work. It’s not a particularly exciting restaurant and shouldn’t be something you go out of your way for, but if you’re Downtown and need something reliable with a broad menu that will have something for everyone, this place will do the job. The burger is one of the better ones in the neighborhood, and it has a late-night menu available till midnight Monday-Wednesday and 1am on weekends, so keep it in mind if you’re looking for something to eat after a show in the Theater District." - Dan Secatore
