"This Peruvian bistro on the Oranjestad harbor is the best restaurant in Aruba, full stop. Though the family-run spot opened in 2021, it’s quickly become a local favorite. Expect a long line of walk-ups, from chefs and bartenders on their night off to vacationers who simply need this to be their last meal before flying home. Prioritize the expertly made pisco sours, ceviche of the day with leche de tigre, the just-charred enough grilled cauliflower with salsa verde, and the fish with yuca purée—if you ask nicely, your server might give you the recipe so you can make the flavor-packed sauce at home. Dessert is non-negotiable—don’t make the mistake of not ordering the crème caramel.
