"You’re not at The Red Door Saloon for a fancy cocktail, you’re here for shots. This bar has been a go-to spot for starting or ending a night with a round of picklebacks since the early 00s. The classic version is a shot of whiskey with a pickle juice chaser, but our favorite variation is their Pickle Shot—blanco tequila that you chase with Bloody Mary mix and half of a pickle spear." - Adam Sloan
