This is a Vegas-style feast, not where to come when you want to keep things light. To get the most out of your visit, order the Ultimate Tasting, which features classics like shrimp cocktail and beef tartare along with more adventurous dishes (think foie gras spun into miniature, fluffy-salty-sweet cotton candy on a stick). Plus, there’s wagyu cooked in front of you on a hot stone, and a juicy, Spanish-style bone-in ribeye.
