"Built in the shell of what was almost definitely a Sonic Drive-In at one point, Falafel Burger is a Mediterranean restaurant in Cedar Park serving some of the best falafel in town. But instead of finding it on a bed of rice or greens, here you’ll find it in wraps, tacos, and burgers. photo credit: Nicolai McCrary Contrary to the name, you’ll find more than just falafel here. Chickpeas, kofta kabobs, and chicken breast all share a playing field here. But you’re here for some of the best falafel in the Austin area. Crispy, with a soft and savory center, they play surprisingly well with classic burger toppings and a dollop of tahini sauce.
