"We’ve followed HaoChi and their dumplings across multiple pop-up locations. Their latest home is at Tinta Y Cafe in Miami Shores every Saturday night. There, from 6:30-10pm, HaoChi serves mostly dumplings and noodles to a chatty room of longtime fans. Old favorites have returned to the menu, like the beef and peanut gyoza, and the dan dan noodles. There are also a few new dishes: crunchy chicken nuggets, mushrooms and kimchi slathered in bérnaise, and boniato and mango mandu. It’s all good enough to understand why we’ve spent years chasing HaoChi from bar to bar (to sandwich shop)." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino, ryan pfeffer, ryan pfeffer, mariana trabanino, ryan pfeffer, mariana trabanino, virginia otazo, virginia otazo, virginia otazo, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino
