"Your date has passed the coffee meetup test and charmed their way to a follow-up dinner. Now it’s time to see how your potential partner handles losing. Take them to Pins Mechanical, a casual old-school gaming parlor in the Gulch with pinball and duckpin bowling. It’s the perfect environment to suss out if your date graciously admits defeat or executes a full-on Hingle McCringleberry celebration after winning. In between games, you can hop out to the food truck parked on the premises. There’s a different one just about every night, but we’ve had some great mac and cheese, smoked barbeque, and Colombian food before. There’s also a bar inside with some solid sangria, or, if you’re still feeling competitive, a drinking game aptly named “Kerdrunk.”" - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones
