This restaurant is right off the lobby of Bentonville’s 21c hotel, a veritable art museum of suspended pink rococo mannequins, video installations, and paintings. There’s plenty of art in the bar, too, including a sculpture of giant wasps, honeycombs, vines, and skulls on the ceiling and walls (picture Annihilation meets Bee Movie).
