This Vancouver import gives you 120 minutes of all-you-can-eat hot pot for $48.99, and each person gets their own pot with split broth options like tom yum or sukiyaki. Beef reigns supreme, while a garlicky house sauce poured tableside adds an unusual fine dining touch. The seafood shines too, with sweet abalone and tomalley-filled, head-on South African shrimp displayed so prettily you’re almost loath to mess them up. There's even a dim sum station, though the steamed dumplings are unremarkable. Save your stomach the peach rings from the Dylan’s Bar-style candy station and at least a couple of the exceptionally creamy, custard-filled Portuguese egg tarts.
