"Sandwiched between Harrods and a massage kiosk, Caviar House & Prunier, in Gatwick Airport's South Terminal, is where your most aspirational holiday self can thrive. Sip champagne and spoon caviar as you activate OOO mode. Yes, the lobster roll is more prawn and brioche bun. True, the harsh lighting did nothing for our pores. But there’s a twinkle in everyone’s eyes around the bar and one more shirt button undone than is strictly necessary, because you have all started your holiday two precious, extra hours early.
