"This American restaurant in Duboce Triangle has all the trademarks of a great neighborhood spot. There’s plenty of seating inside and on the charming back patio with string lights and heaters. Service is friendly, and you can walk right in most nights (no reservations here). The menu of seasonal wood-fired pizzas, solid pastas, and small plates is made for crowd pleasing—think coppa-topped pies, lemony pesto pasta, or fried chicken dunked in a side of ranch aioli. Oh, and there’s free bread (always a win in our book). While the dishes aren't dimension-altering, The Rustic is still a great option for nice, casual last-minute dinners in the area." - Julia Chen
