"If there was a PhD in bubble tea, the staff at Formosan Tea Bar, in Oxford’s City Centre, would have it. They’ll offer you shots of strong oolong, and have jasmine kombucha on tap. Have a taste and tell them the sweetness level you typically like, and they will almost always recommend you the right thing.
