But Lokal has remained committed to un-smashed burgers, and this place remains a reliable stop for a beer and a burger that requires you to open your mouth like you're yawning. Everyone in this city has a go-to Lokal order. Ours (and most folks) is the frita, which has a salty/sweet combination of potato stix and guava jelly.
