The Korean-led restaurant—which famously cost $20 million to build—leans classic American steakhouse, with dry-aged Texas strips, Japanese wagyu, and creamy buttermilk mashed potatoes. All good things. But live a little and pair your steak with spicy Korean gumbo flecked with crunchy kimchi and snappy Akaushi sausage, or the grilled veggie bibimbap that'll have you fighting your friends for the last bits of crispy rice on the bottom of the stone bowl.
