"This place is just outside of Miami, but it feels necessary to mention Miramar’s PK Oriental Mart while we’re on the topic of Chinese barbecue inside a market. Walk to the back of the store, where whole ducks and huge slabs of red pork hang on hooks. They’ve got crispy duck, soy sauce chicken, and a couple of forms of pork (the char siu is our favorite).
