That is indeed true for Off The Hook, which is a counter-service spot in downtown Mystic from the J&R Seafood team. They have a pretty wide selection: fried halibut sandwiches with crispy lettuce and tangy tartar, poke bowls with ruby red tuna, and a flight of three small lobster rolls. It’s a gift for the indecisive lobster lover as you get one hot and buttery, one cold with chives and mayo, and even one that’s tempura style.
