"The Little Diner, located at the West Lionshead Plaza Bus Stop in the Concert Hall Plaza building, is a legendary sit-down breakfast spot in Vail. Order a Pannekoeken (also known as a Dutch Baby or German Pancake) for the table or a breakfast platter like the pork chop and eggs, but once they start doing lunch at 11:30am, you should immediately go for a burger.
