"This huge platter comes with ribs that are just-fine—a little chewy, though the sauce does some work. But focus on the biscuit. It’s worth taking detours, standing in lines, and maybe even missing the first pitch (no offense, Spencer Schwellenbach). It’s softball-sized, buttery, and so soft and sweet it’s basically a dessert. In fact, you wouldn’t be wrong to dip it in ice cream. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
