"This huge platter comes with ribs that are just-fine—a little chewy, though the sauce does some work. But focus on the biscuit. It’s worth taking detours, standing in lines, and maybe even missing the first pitch (no offense, Spencer Schwellenbach). It’s softball-sized, buttery, and so soft and sweet it’s basically a dessert.
