"Fair warning, the food at this Folk Art location isn't as well executed as it is at the Inman Park original. But it works for a drop-in when you're craving a quick, no-fuss brunch. So if you're in the Tri-Cities area and have reached the “I don't care, you pick” stage with your big group, consider this your answer. There's a large patio that faces downtown Hapeville. And the sunlit dining area has plenty of space to accommodate sizable brunch crews, post-church crowds, and family playdates with kids who need to be bribed into compliance with sweet sticky bun waffles with pecans, marshmallow cream, and powdered sugar. Food Rundown Sweet Potato Donuts These come dusted in powdered sugar and are one of our favorite things to order, even at this location. Tomato Soup This is bland. You can skip it. Fried Chicken Sandwich This is OK—fairly crispy and lightly seasoned, but there are better options on the menu. Fowl Play This big, soft waffle isn’t as good as the original, but it’s jazzed up with warm whisky-peach compote, which is the best part. It’s big enough to share." - Jacinta Howard
