"Hickory House is where Aspen’s social hierarchies collapse. In this log cabin guarded by a massive bear sculpture on the roof, you’ll see hardhats next to Hermès bags. Everybody is here to fuel up with things off the all-day breakfast menu, most of which require a seven-napkin defense against syrup and/or BBQ sauce.
