Unlike our hot and heavy feelings for their formidable, spice-jiving vodka pie, this little, textbook-cool pizzeria is pretty casual. No reservations, no guarantees you won’t be elbowed out the way by someone who’s collecting their order in the same manner you’d chase the love of your life through an airport, and unless you get there bang on opening, no promises that they won’t have already sold out of the rich cacio e pepe slice.
