"Estrada’s Texas Barbecue is a trailer parked outside at the Wilhite’s Country Corner store/Valero in Creedmoor, TX, a small town just south of Austin. They’re doing very solid barbecue, Tex-Mex, and breakfast tacos (starting at 6am).
