"Giovedì proves there’s sheer delight to be had in culinary mashups like gnocchi crossed with mapo tofu or the “Vietnam-atriciana” that adds lap xuong to a pasta-like preparation. Definitely get the prosciutto with bánh tiêu and capellini granchio for an ethereal pairing of angel hair pasta and delicate crab. The long and narrow inside space is perfect for quiet date nights accompanied by a glass of wine or strawberry-infused Negroni, while outside in the brick-lined courtyard under twinkling lights is better for groups." - Martha Cheng
