"Kelly’s looks like a generic dive bar - there are neon signs, cheap drinks, dim lighting, and regulars who might have accidentally glued themselves to the bar stools 20 years ago. But it’s a Pittsburgh classic and serves one of the best bowls of mac and cheese you’ll find while surrounded by vinyl booths.
