"Dining at Ohimà feels like you’re in a big city rather than on the Amalfi Coast. It looks like it was designed by a high-end stylist thanks to velvet chairs, an industrial bar, and modern art pieces, and was founded by two siblings in the same building where their mother worked for decades as a tailor (hence the restaurant’s name, meaning “hey mom!”). Ohimà pays homage to tradition while looking ahead, so look for a dining experience that spans from Positano to the rest of the world—their lunch menu has local specials like seafood pasta and grilled octopus, but also burgers and pizza. Go for dinner if you want more eclectic combinations like grilled lobster with jamón serrano, marinated melon, and lobster mayonnaise, or free-range teriyaki-glazed chicken with roasted peppers and spring onion." - Federica Bocco
