The elegant dining room, adorned with sgraffito murals from the 1950s inspired by local folk songs, provides the perfect backdrop for Igor Jagodic’s cuisine. The chef offers a single nine-course tasting menu, which can be reduced to seven or five courses, featuring modern and creative dishes that pay homage to Mediterranean tradition.
