Michael Oettinger runs the place with his brother Martin, and has now handed over the reins in the kitchen to Kay Lurz, who has been working alongside him here since the spring of 2023. The new chef shows his true colours with his four- to eight-course set menu „Signatur Kay Lurz“, which draws on modern influences. However, Oettinger classics are still available.
