Methavalai Sorndaeng

"One of the city’s original Thai fine dining restaurants, they’ve maintained a loyal customer base for 60+ years, using the same timeless recipes and cooking techniques. The refined dishes are complex, delivering blasts of flavour. Highlights are crispy rice noodles in sweet and sour sauce, spicy lemongrass salad, and crab meat and acacia red curry. The curry pastes are made from scratch and fishcakes from featherback fish. Small parties should book the private room." - Michelin Inspector
