"Part of the same establishment as La Table de Valrose, this bistro has a comfortable rustic-style Alpine atmosphere, both outside, on the terrace shaded by chestnut trees, surrounded by mountains, and inside, by the fireplace, in the wood-panelled space. The menu features tasty seasonal fare in the form of simple dishes, while classics such as Valrose fondue (champagne version available), malakoffs and Valrose burgers (meat or veggie) are permanent fixtures on the menu.
