"As the name suggests, there's only one thing on the menu – cơm gà, or chicken rice, but you can opt for the poultry roasted, steamed or shredded. Served with soup and pickles, the cơm gà xé bóp (shredded version), is especially popular. The lemongrass, coriander and onion lend the juicy chicken extra zing.
