@michelinguide

"Portuguese cuisine seems distant yet familiar to Japanese people. The word ‘Takoten’ is often heard in kitchens and dining halls and refers to the octopus fritters that recreate the local tastes of Portugal and is also the roots of tempura. Local wine brings out the flavour of this local-style cuisine – flavours that win over the local palate with tastes that seem somehow familiar. The owner-chef’s speciality is bacalhau (dried cod)." - Michelin Inspector
