It now houses a restaurant, wine bar and cocktail bar, plus tables laid out in the inner courtyard – bliss on those balmy summer evenings. Mathieu Desmarest, chef of MICHELIN-starred restaurant Pollen, devises the menu; his wife Émilie, meanwhile, takes care of the music at this friendly, party-loving venue.
