"Located on one of the town’s busiest streets, just a stone’s throw from the popular Playa de Muro, Fusion19 provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a true fine-dining experience. In the kitchen, the young duo comprising chefs Aleix Serra and Marc Marsol conjures up two tasting menus (Plenitud and Esencia) on which they are keen to place the spotlight on the essence of Mallorca’s cuisine, which they base around ingredients from the island (they also have their own vegetable garden on the outskirts of nearby Alcudia) while leaving the door open to the occasional international influence.
