"This Japanese barbecue restaurant buys whole Omi Sawai hime cows, offering over 30 Shimofuri and Akami wagyu cuts to be enjoyed in eight different ways, including tartare, sushi, soup, and seared steak. Rare cuts like top round and inside skirt tend to run out but you can pre-order them. The very flavoursome beef lard rice in lotus leaf is not to be missed.
