"This gem of a restaurant is somewhat tucked away in a narrow alley in the city centre. In a historical setting with a cosy, rustic feel, diners tuck into international dishes such as king mackerel with radicchio tardivo, coconut and calamansi, as well as regional specialities such as pork bellygröstel(a traditional Tyrolean potato-based fry-up) with cucumber and butterhead lettuce. Order dishes to share à la carte or take a punt on the five-course surprise menu. The staff will be happy to provide wine recommendations. The well-curated selection is international and includes a decent range of natural wines (unfiltered and sulfite-free). Options are somewhat reduced at lunchtime." - Michelin Inspector
